MCP in Inrepli Support

How enabled Support workflows use your current CRM permissions.

Where your deployment has enabled the Support MCP integration, you can ask the Support assistant to search and update CRM records using your signed-in Inrepli account. No additional OAuth authorization is required inside Support.

For example:

Show the 5 most recently updated contacts I can access. Do not change any records.

Support uses the same eight CRM tools and current record permissions described in Tools, filters and pagination. The workspace MCP switch must be enabled. You can continue only your own Support conversations; access to view a shared conversation does not grant permission to continue it.

Permissions and results

Tool availability does not grant permission to use every operation. Each call checks your current CRM permissions. A rejected operation does not complete; if a request includes several operations, some may have completed before another was rejected. The assistant should distinguish those outcomes and should not retry a denied operation through another tool.

Logs and connections

Administrators can review calls in Connections → MCP → Logs and filter by Support / FastGPT. Each tool call has its own result and request ID. Support entries have no OAuth Connection ID; their details include the conversation and chat request identifiers.

Support authorization is temporary and specific to the current user request. It does not create a new item in MCP → Connections for every message. Connections continues to manage long-lived OAuth authorizations for clients such as Codex.

MCP calls cost 0 RU in this version. Support model or application usage follows its existing rules. Updates retain the same retry and idempotency rules described in Updates, retries and errors.

External AI clients

Connecting an external client still uses the OAuth quickstart. Support's internal authorization does not replace your external client's OAuth connection or provide a reusable API key.
