Connect Zoom to Inrepli

Before you begin

Make sure you have:

• An active Inrepli account
• A valid Zoom account
• Permission to authorize third-party apps for your Zoom account or workspace

How to connect Zoom

1. Sign in to your Inrepli account.
2. Go to Personal Settings.
3. Open Calendarand click on Connect.
4. Select Zoom as your conferencing provider.
5. Click Connect.
6. You will be redirected to Zoom to authorize access.
7. Review the requested permissions and approve the connection.
8. After authorization, you will be redirected back to Inrepli.

Once the connection is complete, Zoom will appear as connected provider in your Inrepli settings.

How Zoom is used in Inrepli

After Zoom is connected, Inrepli can use Zoom when a meeting is scheduled through the platform.

Depending on your workflow and configuration, Inrepli may:

• create a Zoom meeting automatically
• retrieve the Zoom join link
• attach the meeting link to the scheduled event or booking flow

How to disconnect Zoom

To remove the integration:

1. Sign in to your Inrepli account.
2. Go to Personal Settings.
3. Open Calendar.
4. Locate your Zoom connection.
5. Click Disconnect.

After disconnecting Zoom, Inrepli will no longer create Zoom meetings for new scheduling actions unless the account is connected again.

Privacy

To support the Zoom connection, Inrepli may process limited Zoom-related data necessary to operate the connection, such as:

• Zoom OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens
• basic Zoom account connection metadata
• meeting creation metadata
• Zoom join links
• Connection and audit log records

This data is used only to maintain the connection, create meetings, support troubleshooting, and operate the connection.
