Contacts
Contacts are individual people who interact with your business. A Contact may be a potential customer, an existing customer, or another person communicating through a connected Channel.
A Contact record can include identity details, Contact information, Qualification and Verification results, Conversations, Meetings, and associated Companies.
Companies
Companies are business organizations associated with Contacts.
A Company can have one or more related Contacts. The Company record stores shared information such as industry, size, location, website, and enriched business data.
Conversations
Conversations contain interactions between Contacts, Agents, and team members across your connected Channels.
A Conversation may include messages from web chat, email, WhatsApp, or other supported Channels. Conversations are associated with the relevant Contact and, when known, their Company.
Meetings
Meetings are scheduled Conversations between a Contact and an Account Manager.
Meeting records can include the participants, scheduled time, meeting status, related Conversation, and assigned Account Manager.
Users
Users are people who have access to the Inrepli platform.
Users may have different roles and permissions. Account Managers are Users who can receive assigned Contacts, manage Conversations, and participate in Meetings.
Forms
Forms collect structured information from Contacts.
Form submissions can create or update Contact and Company records. The information collected may also support Qualification, Verification, Assignment, and Scheduling.
Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base contains the information your Agent uses to answer Contact questions.
The Knowledge Base may include websites, uploaded documents, public links, and approved FAQs. Together, these sources form the Agent's searchable knowledge.
How the Objects Work Together
A Contact can be associated with a Company and participate in multiple Conversations and Meetings. Conversations collect the Contact's interactions, while Meetings record scheduled discussions with Account Managers.
Forms, Data Enrichment, and Agent activity can add or update information within these records. The Knowledge Base provides the information the Agent uses when communicating with Contacts.

Future support for multiple Agents will allow Customers to create Agents for different teams, brands, regions, Channels, or business functions.
Campaigns
Campaigns will organize a planned series of interactions with Contacts.
A Campaign may include messages, content, target audiences, Channels, and scheduled actions. Campaign activity will connect with existing Contact, Company, and Conversation records.
