Go Live
Move your completed Playground setup into production — confirm test data removal, add the Inrepli SDK to your website, connect remaining tools, and publish your Live Agent.
Go Live
The Go Live process moves your completed Playground setup into your live Inrepli environment.
The Playground acts as your test environment. It allows you to configure your Agent, workspace, users, Routing, Scheduling, Integrations, and other platform settings before handling real Contacts. When you are ready to launch, Inrepli keeps the setup you approved and removes the test data created during Playground testing.
This allows you to begin using Inrepli with the same configuration you already tested, without rebuilding your setup.
Guided Go Live Process
Inrepli provides a step-by-step guide to help you complete the launch process. The guide reviews your current setup, identifies any remaining requirements, and provides instructions based on the tools your business uses.
The Go Live process includes:
- Confirming the deletion of Playground test data
- Adding the Inrepli SDK to your website
- Removing or disabling an existing chat SDK when necessary
- Connecting any remaining Channels and Integrations
- Reviewing your setup before publishing the Live Agent
The specific steps may vary based on your website, connected tools, and current inbound workflow.
Keep Your Existing Setup
Your Agent and platform settings remain in place when you go live. You do not need to recreate the work completed in the Playground.
The migration preserves settings such as:
- Agent Training
- Qualification Rules
- Verification settings
- Routing and Assignment Rules
- Scheduling Rules
- Escalation Rules
- Workspace settings
- User settings
- Account Manager profiles
- Connected Integrations
The Go Live process changes the environment from testing to production. It does not reset the configuration you approved.
Remove Playground Test Data
Before launch, Inrepli asks you to confirm the deletion of the test data created in the Playground.
Test data may include simulated:
- Contacts
- Companies
- Conversations
- Meetings
- Assignments
- Agent actions
Deleting this data gives your team a clean workspace when real Contacts begin interacting with the Live Agent.
This action removes Playground records but does not delete your Agent, workspace, user, or workflow settings.
Add Inrepli to Your Website
The guided process provides instructions for adding the Inrepli SDK to your website.
The SDK allows the Live Agent to appear on your website and manage real inbound Conversations. The Agent reviews your current website setup and provides instructions that match the tools and platform you are using.
If your website already uses another chat tool, you may need to remove or disable its SDK before publishing Inrepli. This helps prevent multiple chat interfaces from appearing at the same time.
Connect Your Remaining Tools
Before publishing, confirm that the Channels and tools required for your inbound workflow are connected.
These may include:
- Calendars
- Meeting tools
- Website chat
- Other supported Integrations
Inrepli reviews the tools currently connected to your workspace and identifies any required setup that is still incomplete.
The guided process then provides clear instructions for each remaining connection.
